Dr. Shashank Rai has over 8+ years of clinical experience in General and Laparoscopic Surgery. He currently serves as an Associate Consultant in the Department of General Surgery at Sharda Care – Healthcity.

He began his medical journey at Thanjavur Medical College. Furthermore, he refined his surgical skills through advanced training at Tata Main Hospital, where he gained hands-on experience in both routine and complex surgical procedures. Dr. Rai has independently performed a wide range of surgeries, including laparoscopic cholecystectomies, hernia repairs, gastrointestinal, anorectal, and urological surgeries.

He is also recognised for his academic contributions, including national conference presentations and securing the 5th rank in a national surgical quiz, which reflects his strong clinical acumen and dedication to continuous learning.
